在跟单的同时,需要经常与客户保持互动,了解客户的其他需求,并告知这个订单的进展情况,时刻让客户知道,你的业务进展到哪一步。“早请示,晚汇报”,在生意场上也是需要的。假设一张订单的周期是一个月,那每周一到两封邮件,跟客户保持联系,肯定是需要的。
